Spring Fling
The Beaumont Cherry Valley Recreation & Park District (BCVRPD) held their 25th Annual Egg Hunt and Spring Fling on Saturday, March 31st at Noble Creek Park. It was a beautiful day with a great crowd in attendance.
The morning kicked off with a welcome to the attendees by Dan Hughes, Vice Chairman/Secretary for BCVRPD, followed by the invocation from Pastor Paul Newell of Church for Family and a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem was sung by Jessica Whitford.
A huge thank you to the sponsor churches - Church for Family, Impact Church, Grace Fellowship and Lifepoint Church who took time out of their weekend to help put on a fantastic morning of egg hunts along with fun filled games and activities at their vendor booth spaces. These churches and New Creation Church accumulatively donated over 15,000 plastic filled eggs for the egg hunts.
The classic rock music performed by Retroblast was a huge hit! San Bernardino Teen Workshop closed out the day with their all girl band performing.
Thank you to all of the churches, BCVRPD Board of Directors and staff, vendors, and volunteers who participated and made the day a fantastic one!
