Deadline for Submission/Payment - April 21, 2025

1. Vendor Space Options - Single Space (10x10), Double Space (20x10), Trailer Space (25x10)

2. Craft Vendors - Electricity will be provided by BCVRPD - Vendor must provide extension cord, twist plug adaptor, a power strip, EZ-up, weights/sandbags, and lights. 

3. Food Vendors - Must provide your own electricity, EZ-up, weights/sandbags. and lights.

4. ALL SPACE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Event will be Rain or Shine (unless decided by BCVRPD). 

5. Vendor submissions will be on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware that it is possible for multiple vendors to offer similar or even identical items. We encourage you to consider offering your unique variations of products that differentiate your booth and provide customers with more options.
